Create SSL Order
The Create SSL Order tab allows you to create a new SSL certificate order for the domain. The ordering process is designed as a step-by-step workflow.
Order Steps
1. SSL Brand and Product Selection
In the first step, you determine the SSL certificate you want to order:
- Select one of the available SSL brands
- Choose the appropriate SSL product from the selected brand’s product list
2. Contact Information
Contact information is required for the SSL order:
- You can select from previously created contacts
- Or you can create a new contact at this step
3. Domain Validation (DCV)
Configure the necessary settings for domain ownership verification:
- Connection Selection — Select the connection for domain validation
- DCV Method — Determine the validation method (DNS, HTTP, Email, etc.)
If you select “Manual Management” as the domain validator module, DCV verification will not be automatic. The system will send you a detailed email requesting manual intervention. For automatic SSL management, we strongly recommend entering a connection for DCV validation.
4. CSR Code
Configure the CSR (Certificate Signing Request) code before placing the order:
- Auto-Generate — You can generate a CSR code through the system
- Manual Entry — You can enter an existing CSR code
Order Confirmation and Balance
After the order is placed, a balance check is performed:
- Sufficient balance — Your order is processed immediately
- Insufficient balance — You will receive a message indicating insufficient balance
When your balance is insufficient, your order remains pending. As soon as you add funds, your order will be automatically processed — there is no need to create the order again.
